​​Once the data has been analysised the a scoring system for semi-natural habitats and subsequent calculation of ecosystem service potential for all semi-natural habitats surveyed will be created. This will result in GIS maps for all sampled habitats in the case study areas indicating the scoring for ecosystem service potential.

In addition an inventory of land management, vegetation type/structure and spatial configuration characteristics which determine vegetation potential to provide ecosystem services. Vegetation management has strong interactions with the overall delivery of ecosystem services, information on the disturbance level/management of the semi-natural habitat will be included in the calculation of the ecosystem service potential.

The unsampled SNH in the region will be classified based on these simple SNH characteristics and a validation will be made based on the second vegetation survey in these SNH (third project year).
